The Chairman Caretaker Committee of the Handball Federation of Nigeria (HFN) Mr. Samuel Ocheho has congratulated National Male Handball player, Farouk Yusuf after he won the Polish Cup with his team KS Vive Kielce.
In a press statement by the Media Assistant to former HFN President, Cosmos Chukwuemeka Akisi, Farouk was on the pitch for KS Vive Kielce as the Polish handball giant comfortably put aside Grupa Azoty SPR Tarnow with a resounding 42-20 victory.
Mr. Ocheho was filled with praise for the feat and believes that Farouk will inspire other young handball players to aspire for greatness.
He reiterated the readiness of HFN to continue to churn out developmental programmes which will always produce young and skillful handballers like Farouk. “Congratulations Farouk Yusuf for winning the Polish Cup,” Ocheho said.
“This feat will certainly encourage other young Nigeria handballers to work hard in ensuring they succeed when the opportunity presents itself,” he noted.
We are HFN are happy with his progress and are not surprised because he consistently continue to learn and work hard in improving himself.

Farouk Yusuf joined KS Vive and has been an integral member of the team. KS Vive Kielce has now won their 17th Polish Cup title and are on the verge of winning their 18th Polish SuperLiga title on Wednesday,
